Arada Launches Elmhurst, Final Phase In Its Flagship Fulton & Fifth Development At Wembley Park In London
Arada is launching sales at Elmhurst, the third and final phase of its landmark Fulton & Fifth development in Wembley Park, one of London’s fastest-rising neighbourhoods. The launch, which will take place at the One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai between 21-23 November, marks the first UK project unveiled by Arada following the company’s acquisition of a 75% stake in the UK-based developer Regal, now Arada London, earlier this year.
Elmhurst will offer a high spec collection of Manhattan studios, one- and two-bedroom homes, combining striking architectural design with panoramic views and access to an exceptional suite of amenities. Located alongside the Wealdstone Brook, Fulton & Fifth includes 876 homes surrounded by landscaped gardens and features hotel-style facilities including a golf simulator, games room, 24/7 concierge, pool, yoga studio, gym, spa, roof top gardens and cinema.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, said: “Elmhurst offers both local residents and international buyers the chance to secure a stylish home in a neighbourhood with strong rental and capital growth fundamentals. It builds on the momentum we’ve seen at Fulton & Fifth and reflects our aim to contribute to the capital’s housing supply with well-designed, well-located homes that meet the needs of today’s buyers.”
Just minutes from Wembley Park station, Elmhurst combines convenience and lifestyle appeal. The neighbourhood is served by the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, with quick connections to Central London. Residents will also enjoy immediate access to Wembley’s vibrant retail, dining and cultural scene, all set within one of the capital’s largest and most ambitious regeneration zones.
Named as one of London’s Best Places to Live by the Sunday Times this year, Wembley is currently undergoing an unprecedented growth period, with over AED12 billion of regeneration work recently conducted in the Wembley Park area. House prices in the area have risen by 163% in the last 20 years, while rental growth in 2023 rose by 24%, nearly double the London average.
Fulton & Fifth’s first phase, The Brookline, was completed earlier this year and set the tone for subsequent phases, positioning the development as one of North West London’s most sought-after residential addresses. The second phase, Parkside, was launched in 2024 and consists of 250 Manhattans, one- and two-bedroom residences, which will be completed before the end of the year.
Fulton & Fifth was named Best Mixed-Use Development in London at the UK Property Awards in 2023, and was the best-selling project in the UK capital during the second quarter of last year.
The launch of Elmhurst follows Arada’s announcement in September this year of a AED2.5 billion investment into the UK market and signals the company’s long-term commitment to expanding its footprint globally. With a development pipeline of over 10,000 homes, Arada London’s target is to grow that pipeline to 30,000 homes in the capital over the next three years.
